  •    Aimed at preventing the spread of the new type of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the Republic of Azerbaijan and in connection with the consideration of cases by the courts operating in the territories of the cities of Baku, Calilabad, Ganca, Masalli, Mingechevir, Sumgayit, Yevlakh and regions of Absheron, Barda, Goranboy, Goygol, Khacmaz and Salyan where a strict quarantine regime is in force and further taking into account the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the Resolution No. 278 of the Special Task Force under the auspices of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 4 August 2020, the consistency of the approach taken in the Resolution No. 6 of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 23 April 2020, it is hereby recommended the following commencing from 06:00 on 5 August 2020 until 00:00 on 31 August 2020:

  •      On May 8, 2020, a meeting on the 97th anniversary of the birth of the great leader Heydar Aliyev was held in the Supreme Court

         The Chairman of the Supreme Court Ramiz Rzayev made a speech on the great leader's life and activities. Chairman of the Supreme Court stated that the great personality of Heydar Aliyev, who made a decisive word in the world of great politics and solving the fateful issues of our state, was widely accepted, he noted the connection of the honourable life of the great leader, who was the architect of independent Azerbaijan, with the fate of our people.
